  • Digital products — no refunds. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once delivered, except where required by applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account by contacting us at legal@forgestore.dev.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cagliari, Italy.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Business Factory.
